The India men hockey fought back and won the series by winning two matches after losing opening match of the series against Spain. India forward player Ramandeep Singh’s two spectacular goals within a minute helped the Indian team to outplay Spain by 4-2 in the match played in Terrassa, Spain.
Indian Hockey team won France Test Series by 2-0 and Spain Test Series by 2-1 during Europe tour 2015
After losing 1-4 in 1st match against Spain, the India Men Team beat Spain 2-0 in their second match played at Sant Cugat del Valles. These results levels the series at 1-1 and set-up interesting stage for 3rd and final test match between two teams.

Hosts Spain defeated the India Men Hockey Team 4-1 in their first match of three match series. After SV Sunil scored equalizer in first half, the hosts scored 3 more goals in 2nd half to win the match at Sant Cugat del Valles on 10th August 2015.

India scored 2-0 and 4-1 victories against France at Le Touquet and Wattigies Sports Centre respectively. In the first match of the tour, Chinglensana Singh and SV Sunil scored for India to win the match. Young drag flick expert Gurjinder starred in the match at Wattigies Sports Centre by scoring 2 goals in 14th minute and 44th minute, while Amir and Rupinder Pal scored once each on penalty corner 30th and 52nd minute respectively.

India took on hosts Spain in the last match of Tri-Nations Hockey Tournament at Santander, after both of them lost their respective matches against Great Britain. Great Britain defeated India (3-1) and Spain (2-1) to finish first, while Spain defeated India (2-1) in the last match of the tournament to finish Second. India lost their both the matches and finished Third.
India played better hockey in first half, looked inspired by their last match before the London Games. After a scoreless first half, the match became more tensed, which saw 6 temporary suspensions (2 green and 2 yellow cards for hosts, while one of each for India).
Spain controlled the game from the starting of second half, kept possession, reached to Indian goal. David Alegre (43rd Minute) and Miquel Delás (61st Minute) scored on penalty corners to earn a lead of 2-0 for the hosts. However, India pulled one back through VR Raghunath in a Penalty Corner in 64th Minute of the game to 2-1, and ran out of time in search of equalizer.
The Spanish team defeated India (2-1) in the second test match at Santander as both teams are in final stage of preparations for the London Games. Sandeep Singh (Penalty corner 28th minute) scored the solitary goal for India, while Spain registered goals through Pau Quemada (34th minute) and Santi Freixa (Penalty corner 69th minute).

After drawing first test (3-3) against World Number 5 side spain, India continued to play a fast and attacking game. And took lead through the penalty corner goal by ace drag flicker Sandeep Singh in 28th minute.
Uncomfortable on the field Spain managed to level the score (1-1) through Pau Quemada’s field goal which turned the tied. The hosts took possession of the ball and set up the tempo of game after the lemon break.
