18 May 2014: Hockey Gangpur-Odisha defeated Delhi 5-2 to emerge champions of the 4th Hockey India Sub- Junior Men National Championship (Division B) at Vadodara, Gujarat, while Sports Authority Of India finished at the 3rd place with a convincing and huge 11-2 victory over hosts Gujarat.

In the finals between, Hockey Gangpur-Odisha and Delhi, the former stole the match away from Delhi by 5-2 and claims the first spot, leaving Delhi to settle as the runner-ups. The first half of the final saw only one goal coming in from Hockey Gangpur-Odisha in the 13th minute as a field goal through Sanjay Xalxo and taking the lead by 1-0 by the end of the first half of the game. 7 March 2014: Hockey Gangpur-Odisha, Assam and Kerala won their respective matches on the Day-5 of the 4th Hockey India Junior Women National Championship 2014 (Division B) being played at Chamundi Vihar Stadium in Mysore.
In the first half of the match between Hockey Gangpur-Odisha and Jammu & Kashmir, the former took the lead over Jammu & Kashmir by 7-0 with the help of Namrata Jasmin Bara (1st minute), Mosmita Lugun (8th, 26th and 32nd minute), Janhabi Pradhan’s (28th and 31st minute) and Rinki Kujur (29th minute). In the second half of the game, Rinki Kujur (40th minute) and Janhabi Pradhan (47th and 58th minute) contributed three goals for Hockey Gangpur-Odisha. 9 March 2014: Namdhari XI and Mumbai registered their third consecutive victories on the day 11 of the 4th Hockey India Senior Men National Championship 2014 (Division B) being played at Major Dhyan Chand Hockey Stadium in Lucknow.

In a Pool A match between Namdhari XI and Bihar, Karandeep Singh Dhillon of Namdhari alone pocketed 4 goals for the team at 8th, 16th, 25th and 64th minute of the game followed by Baljot Singh’s two goals at 15th and 47th minute. Naveen Minz, Bhim Kumar and Mangra Bhengra of Bihar only managed to strike one goal each at 12th, 40th and 51st minute of the game. In a group B match, Maxima Xalxo provided initial lead to her team in the 4th minute by scoring a field goal. Forward Phulwari Kandulana moving the ball from the right end of the court went on to score the second goal in the 21st minute. The defenders of Jammu and Kashmir tried hard to resist the front line players entering into the danger zone. In their last league match of Pool A, Manipur registered their third win in a row defeating Vidarbha Hockey Association 6-0.
Manipur took a decent 2-0 lead in the first half of the game when Sonia Devi scored at the 17th minute and Captain Gitarani Devi scoring at the 22nd minute. The second half of the game saw, Manipur girls going all out and closing the game with a 6-0 victory over Vidarbha Hockey Association, where Bidyarani Devi scored two goals at 39th and 47th minute and Sonia Devi took her total of goals to three by scoring two more goals at 49th and 60th minute.
