Black Sticks Women lose second test

The Black Sticks Women have lost their second consecutive match against Korea going down 3-4 in Taeneung, Korea tonight. After losing 2-3 in the first match of the series, the Black Sticks again let the home side notch up three first half goals which the Kiwis were unable to recover from. Black Sticks coach Mark Hager said his side were too loose in defence and they were punished on the counter-attack. “Despite our defensive errors we continued to create opportunities on attack but simply lacked the ability to finish them off.” Author: “”; Last updated on June 6, 2012 19:31 … Continue reading →
