11 March 2013:  Today, the FIH announced the line-up for the women’s Hockey World League Semi Final tournaments to be held in London and Rotterdam in June, following the completion of the women’s Hockey World League Round 2 tournaments. England, Argentina, Australia and China are the four teams which automatically qualified for the Investec World League Semi Final in London, thanks their FIH World Ranking, while South Africa, USA, Spain and Italy have now been added to the line-up for what promises to be a scintillating week of hockey. Following the last of the women’s Hockey World League Round 2 tournaments which concluded  yesterday in Rio (Brazil), the FIH today announced the line-ups for the two women’s Hockey World League Semi-Final tournaments to be held in Rotterdam and London in June. New Delhi, 22 February 2013: Indian Women’s Hockey team came from 0-2 to down at half time to level the score 2-2 by scoring 2 goals after 60th minute of the game, but failed to capitalize on spirited come back in extra time and lost to Japan 3-2 in the penalty shootout in the Hero Women’s Hockey World League Round 2, Delhi 2013 at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium today. New Delhi, 21 February 2013: Minnows Fiji men’s team and Kazakhstan women’s team scored their first goals in the Hero Hockey World League Round 2, Delhi 2013 tournament played at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium today. Seventieth-ranked Fiji showed a better performance than previous matches and fought well against eighteenth-ranked China on the fourth day of the Hero Hockey World League Round 2. However, they lacked behind the experience and skills of Chinese players and lost the battle by 1-4.
